Ingredients

40ml Tanqueray Gin
15ml Monin Raspeberry Syrup
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Egg White

Method 

Shake all of the ingredients over Ice
Strain into the shaker and dry shake
Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh raspberries
