Ingredients 45ml Hendriks Gin 15ml Cocchi Americano 25ml Sugar Snap Pea&Mint Shrub 20ml Lime Juice Method Combine all the ingredients in the shaker Shake with cubed ice Fine strain in a coupe glass Garnish with a fresh snap pea boat
