Ingredients
30ml Creme de Menthe Verte
30ml Creme de Cacao Blanc
30ml Single Cream
Method
Shake all the ingredients over ice
Fine strain into a glass
For the Chocolate Rim:
Bring a small pot of water on the stove to boil
Break dark chocolate into pieces and place them in a glass bowl
Place the glass bowl on top of the pot with boiling water and stir the melting chocolate until you reach a nice smooth consistency
Once the chocolate melted, dip the top of the glass in it and let it cool in the freezer for 2 min.
