Ingredients
42.5ml Rock Island Malt Whisky
7.5ml Mezcal
15ml Cointreau
10ml Muyu Chinotto Nero
25ml Lime
10ml Agave
Method
Add all of the above ingredients to a shaker filled with ice
Give it a good shake
Fine strain into a coupe
Garnish with a dehydrated lime & Blackthorn Salt rim
Enjoy!
