If you would like to join us for a delicious tipple tonight, we are pairing the award-winning Scallywag whisky that is full of dark fruits, chocolate and spice interwoven with late vanilla with the bittersweet notes of chocolate and red vermouth.
Ingredients
50ml Scallywag Whisky
12.5ml White Crème de Cacao
12.5ml Cocchi Rosa
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
Stir for a minute until glass feels cold to a touch
Strain into a coupe
Garnish with a dark chocolate shard
Enjoy!
