Mango Lassi

Ingredients 

200g Full fat yoghurt

80ml Milk

1 Honey Mango Fruit (peeled and chopped)

150g Mango Pulp

3 Cardamom Pods (opened, seeds ground)

1 pinchSaffron (soaked in 3 tablespoons warm water)

1.5Tablespoons Sugar

Method

Put all of the above ingredients into a blender
Blend for a few seconds
Serve with crushed pistachios and edible flowers
