Ingredients
50ml Bulleit Bourbon
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Egg white from one egg
22.5ml Red Wine
Method
Shake all the ingredients except wine over ice vigorously
Shake once again without ice
Strain into a glass filled with ice
Slowly pour the red wine on top
Garnish with dried raspberry sugar sprinkles
