Ingredients

35ml Grappa
30ml Amaro Mondino
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Marmalade
2 Sage Leaves
25ml Mandarin Tonic

Method

Shake all the ingredients except the mandarin tonic over ice
top up with mandarin tonic
garnish with dried white lime
