Did you know that pisco is categorised as a brandy?

We love this gorgeous and unique spirit and for today’s classic cocktail, we are going for the fabulous PISCO SOUR.

Ingredients

50ml Pisco

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

20ml Egg White

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

Shake all the above ingredients except bitters over ice

Strain the ice and dry shake

Pour into a glass and garnish with 2 dashes of Agostura Bitters
