Got our hands on this incredibly smooth and tasty Scottish Rum by Ninefold Distillery. Its natural sweetness combined with citrus and fruity notes works wonders in a Clover Club style serve.

Ingredients

40ml Ninefold Pure Single Rum
15ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Raspberry Puree
15ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Egg White

Method

Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake over ice
Strain and shake again without ice
Garnish with orange peel and raspberries
